- The staff of the company constantly includes experts in the field of HSE
- Internal Incident Investigation System has been developed
- Internal Audit System is being developed
- Security service is provided by licensed security guards
- Staff are trained to meet ISO requirements and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Daily monitoring of the compliance with Company’s Policy requirements

To be successful in everything we do, we must constantly strive to improve our health and safety performance. To achieve this goal, TOLAGAI-2050 LLP intends to maintain the highest standards, and not to deviate in any way from the principles of responsible attitude towards health and safety and rational use of natural resources.
Our goal is to achieve health and safety results of which we can be proud, to earn the trust of employees, stakeholders and society at large and to become a reliable partner in all the regions where we operate.
Company has developed, implemented and enforced the following policies, procedures, rules & regulations
- «Regulations on Safety and Health at Work» is the main document that defines all HSE management processes in the Company. The document has been approved by the Company’s CEO and rolled-out to all employees.
- «Induction Training for Safety and Health at Work». A written test is given at the end of the training.
- «Health, Safety and Environmental Requirements» for contractors have been developed.
- «Labor Workplace Conditions Compliance Certification» is the second main document. Personnel are trained. A plan is being developed.
- Road Transportation Policy has been developed.
- HSSE section of Job descriptions has been developed.
- Rules for the Operation of Equipment, Tools and Instruments have been developed.
- Work Safety Regulations – by type of work (e.g., excavation work).
- Rules on Work Safety (e.g., at height, etc.) – by worksites.
- Rules of Operation and Behavior in Residential Areas.
- Personnel are fully equipped with PPE according to working conditions. Replacements are carried out regularly, in accordance with the Replacements Regulations.
- The accommodation and food conditions are in full compliance with standards. There have been no complaints or criticisms from the staff.
